The embroidery process begins with an idea or piece of art work. The art-work has to be digitize with is the special process of converting two dimensional art-work into stitches. The digitizing software will allow machines to embroider design repetitively onto garments.
Before the sewing can begin, specific thread colours must be loaded by hand. The operator programmed in a particular colour sequence and speed. The garments must then be hooped individually again by hand, and then loading into the machine.
