File Types That are Accepted

The following file format supported by us:

  • .PSD (Adobe Photoshop)
  • .AI (Adobe Illustrator)
  • .PDF (Adobe Reader)
  • .PNG (Portable Network Graphics)
  • .TIFF (Tagged Image File Format)
  • JPEG (Joint Photographic Experts Group)

File Recommendation

All the above file format are the best except for .JPEG. .JPEG can be used, however when the file is saved it is compressed and builds artifacts along the way that can be imaged as part of the art during RIP process.

File Resolution Recommended

For most product, your print file has to be at least 150 DPI (dots per inch) to ensure optimal print quality. There are, however some products that require 300 DPI so be sure to check file guidelines when choosing your product.
